I am an Executive Business Coach, who specialises in Entrepreneur Coaching 1 on 1, and then very often for their teams. All my coaching is bespoke to the client's requirements and I have an amazing toolbox of tangible, results driven exercises that stretch beyond the standard approaches.

After spending the last 2 years using the resources of "Strategic Coach", my EQ, my positive energy and a total of 7 years’ direct coaching experience achieve real results. Plus, the 20 years of running my own businesses.

All teams are the backbone of many great organisations, whatever the size of company. The increasing usage of globally diversity, makes this type of team building essential. Rarely do we meet over the coffee machine, even if we are in the same region. 

I create highly effective team building exercises to fill the gaps and increase staff happiness. This in turn reduces staff turnover. increases "buy-in" and importantly increases the customer experience. All stakeholders benefit. 

Increasing numbers of Entrepreneurs are aware that this is a great investment, to insure a growing encompassing culture, and not just for the likes of Facebook and Google. 

Topics and deliverables are endless but to mention a few are: 

• Effective diary time management and meeting success, both internally and with external stakeholders.  
• Targeted mindset strategies to ensure the right person is doing the job. It is the who, not the how that matters ultimately. 
• Knowing the right communication methods are utilised across the environment. Project managers will often rely on a software solution like Click Up and Java, but this only deals with deadlines and ignores the customer feel good factor.  
• Extensive fun team building exercises to encourage connection, sharing and accountability. 

My team sessions are usually 2 hours, often on Zoom, and I change delivery to breakout rooms etc, to keep attendees engaged and learning about their colleagues. This is the online coffee boost time.
